Getting the patch for UDE Starterkit version 4.10.01

To use the Free TriCore™ Entry Tool Chain debugger with AURIX 77GHz Radar Module with TC397 (DAS) and DAP miniWiggler and UDE Starterkit Version 4.10.01 a software patch is required. Latest UDE Starterkit version does not need this software patch!
