Based on Arm® Cortex®-M3, the MOTIX™ MCU products TLE988x and TLE989x integrate on a single die the 32-bit microcontroller, non-volatile flash memory, analogue and mixed-signal peripherals, communication interfaces including CAN-FD, and driving stages needed for either relay, half-bridge or full-bridge DC and BLDC motor applications.
